|
Dear!
I am using Adobe Photoshop CS5. I have got 1 color image and I wish to convert it to 1 Cyan Film Plate Printing without losing the details of the image. What I can infrom you more is that I don't want to get the Grayscale image because it's not my requirement. Hope you can understand this and help to solve it because I really can't solve it though I tried my best. I am very eager to know how figure it out.
Please find the attached file for your reference.
Thanks a lot and best wishes to you!
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,

I don't know anything about the process either. However if you convert the working colour space to CMYK and have show colour channels checked in preferences then you could copy and paste the channel into a document.
Or I may be barking up the wrong tree completely
I am aware of the four colour printing process that uses cyan on one of the plates, does this have any relevance to your question? A quick search seemed to indicate that cyan print plates are 'popular' in American football cards and the like, although in truth I am still a little non-plussed.
Oh, also welcome to the forum, let's hope the Adobe forum has some help if we can't nail it. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

Do you want to convert it because it's an actual printing requirement, or is it just that you're trying to achieve that "look" for display on a screen? |
