Hey,
I'm in a tough situation. I know how to basically change the color of a background, but this is a real toughie.
You see the walls? Especially on the left hand side, it's quite detailed. I want to get most of the grids colored as quickly as possible. For now, I've been using the magic wand and an enormous brush to color the background COMPLETELY white. But when I use that trick here, it looks quite messy since most of my blue lines get erased.
What can I do?

Thank you in advance,
NeoNoctis

hi,
been experimenting alittlle with it.. to bad it a low resolution i think thart of the issue...

but what i did...
1. i used the wand and set for about 25-30 and selected tan background and the i did a inverse of the selection...

2. then i brought up the refine tool ...

3. i played with the setting there and to try to get the best results and then

4. the i click the refine radius tool ... which allows me to cleanup the edges more...

and then i saved it to a mask ...

overall i was able to get the fine details for the most part in that corner ...
