I have attached pics of two vehicles. I want to put the lightning and motion effects of the Scion on the door of the Beetle. I want the background color to be dark and fade into the color of the vehicle near the fender wells. The company I am working with wants to place a vehicle wrap from one fender to the other and have the wrap blend into the color of the car on the edges. The company name will be in front of the lightning and glow just as it does on the Scion. I am confident in photoshop but this project is very important and I know there are plenty of you out there that are better than me. The company I am working with creates extreme sports/skateboarding apparel. Any new ideas for the project are always welcome. Thanks in advance for any help.

One of the tricky part of this is the lightning, it's time consuming to get it to look right. search google for lightning tutorials for ps first and work out the best way. The rest of it's easy just make a selection with a highish feather and put on your colour background (that will give you the fade edges) the movement looks like zoom blur to me. You'll need a much higher res VW image to work on though. Wayne

Or if you want to copy the van, just copy and paste a selection, transform it to fit the car, then use a soft eraser on the edges like so. Wayne
