How do I convert my PSCS5 from 64 bit to 32 bit?

My scanner is 32 bit. An expert at NAPP told me that I must change my CS5 over to 32 bit. (This will also permit Contact Sheet II to work also.)

I've followed his direction, which ended by saying that when I control click on the CS5 folder, control click to "get info", I will see a box I can click on which will "Open in 32 bit". However, I do not see that option in my "get info" window. Can you help me please? And thank you.
