fisheye, is a charachteristic of a lens, and has to do with perpective, no amount of photoshop will achieve that effect.

the closest thing i can think of is sphereize,
heres someting i tried. is this what you wanted? if so i can show you the steps. its pretty simple.

you could also stretch it a little backwards and br in ghte fron tmore forwar to give it hte same depth as the background

You can do fisheye with Filter -> Distort -> Spherize
