hi im having problem trying to make colored pictures look like this

i want to know how to do it cause i want to do stencils
i would like to make this picture into a stencil

Can't see what it is...but it looks like a picture run thru threshold...Image > Adjustment > Threshold.

it's like some dud'es upper torso. he's looking off the frame to the left. The effect could be achieveed by running image-adjustments-brightness/contrast at full contrast. Just fool with the bnirghtness to get it to look right.
