1) I'm a super huge n00b, both on these forums and in Photoshop.

2) Our debate squad would like to design a T-Shirt this year with a huge tree on the back with our coach's name at the bottom, the officers' names on the trunk, and the branches split up into three sections (for the three events), and with people's names written on branches from those sections. The only problem is none of us are that good of artists....is there any easy way to do this in Photoshop? I couldn't find any tutorials, except on making a branch.

3) Sorry for the title - I know, it's so corny. :)

Thanks in advance,
-Tony

There are Tree brusehes around, that might do the job. try searching google for them. Or look for a suitable real tree and use that. Wayne

I'd say that if you can't find a tree image (online, in clipart galleries, etc) that you can use or you can't draw one (on paper or in Photoshop) then there propbably isn't an easy way out of this.

If you had a photo of a tree, you could find a texture that looks like the inside of a tree (after the bark's striped off) you could type on the tree and put the texture on the text. it would look like the words were cut into the tree bark.
