The simplest way is reducing image width w/o altering height (ie. distortion). Just open "Image Size" dialog and uncheck "Constrain Proportions" option.
For local corrections (eg, waist shaping), try "Liquify" filter.

I did try the image size option but the sifference is not much! can you plz tell how i can use the liquify option?! |
