Saw this interesting add on the the Panels in Photoshop, it's for easy and speedy access to Guides and placing them and the like, enough said really.

Came across the link from another forum, so I will direct you back, it's the link in the first post, I would link directly but I am unsure whether the blog is that of the forum OP. GuideGuide

That looks pretty interesting, I hope it works with 64 bit.

Ahh, no it doesn't Hawk at least not yet, although can't be too many times when you need 64bit and guides (I could be wrong).

I know what you mean though it's tiresome to have to switch from native to 'lesser', makes it slightly less of a workflow enhancement if you have to remember to switch.

Very cool, indeed. Of course, I have only been using CS5 for a couple of weeks now (previously PS6 Pro) but I really like the built in guidelines that automatically appear when I try to move one layer as opposed to another. Its nice to not have to have guides turned on all the time!

Ctrl+H hides the guides or you can control whether they snap or align or even show under the View dropdown.
