I've tried and when I right click the folder I dont get that option. I only get the Duplicate, Delete, or Layer Set options.

Nevermind, I got it fixed. I wanted all the layers that had Bar in them to use the same blending options but only have to choose those options once, instead of every layer. I just compressed all the Bar's into one layer and did the blending.

You can also link the layers together, copy the layer style, and "Paste to Linked". I use that all the time.
