Hi,
Stumbling upon this great website, i noticed that the creators had used a fantastic halftone effect on their photograph backgrounds.
I have been desperately trying to achieve this effect, with no avail. I can use the photoshop halftone feature but it comes out no where near as nice and crisp and monotone as the methods used on the above website.
Any advice to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance. |

by halftone effect ... I assume you're talking of the dots in the image to give it that different look?

Yes.
Is it achieved by just overlaying a vector dot image or something like that do you think.
Thanks for your help

Actually it is a matter of creating and defining a pattern and putting that on a separate layer and then flattening the image. like this.
