Could someone tell me how to create a file that I can use to for sending to the printers. What I need is (4) 4x6 inch images that I need to fit on a 8.5 x14 in paper. These images will later be cut out and applied. Eventually they will need to be put in a PFD format. Can someone help me or suggest what program can do this. Otherwise I am at the mercy of the printer to do it at a price. |

Create a 8.5" x 14" artboard in PS, CMYK color mode.
Arrange your 4 photo's on the art board.
Save it as a jpeg, then print it. |

GZ's idea would work if you have photoshop. Its probably how I would do it too. If you dont have photoshop, you might try to take a look at the installation cd that may have come with your printer. My printer came with a nifty little program that will do all the arranging for you, given the size of pictures that you have. I dont think its a third party software, I think it was from Canon as part of the driver bundle. Just an idea.. _________________ http://www.jmerrittphotorestoration.com/ |
