Hi,
I am using Photoshop 8. CAn someone please tell me how to make this neck look acceptable? I tried Clone tool to clone of chest, Patch tool, paint brush ???

Because the neck is turned you're going to need to see the muscles beneath turn and thus the skin needs to follow it. When you clone the wrinkles out, follow the muscle-structure that should be beneath and it will look ok.

You can use the clone brush but set it to a 60% opacity..
or set mode to lighten at 100%.. clone from a clean smooth part of the neck.
Healing brush if small enough should work also.
