Well I recently redesigned my fire departments website:

I was looking for some feed back, along with ideas to improve the site. Any feed back or ideas is greatly appreciated

Its ok, but think outside the box, just because its a fire department, doesnt mean you have to incorporate that into the website, people could feel scared from the dark background and blazing fire poping out. |

I like using the reflection look alot. you could also add in some animation to your images to really make them stand out. you can try a program called...
Sqirlz Water Reflections it's free and it works pretty good. you can also save the output file as GIF, SWF, AVI.
