I have PSE 8 and use the filter diffused glow daily. It now is not functioning. It doesn't look right when I use it it is almost like it is an inverse of diffused glow. I can not find a way to change its settings or to set to a default. I tried to press ctrl, alt, shift but it doesn't yield a box or any options. I will try anything and welcome any advice. thanks |

Welcome to the forum. I am not aware of the functions of PSE8 so can't recommend a course of action, however pressing Ctrl+Alt+Shift should be held down whilst initially opening Photoshop, it should then give you the option to trash preferences.
Have you checked your document profile, colour space and all the usual suspects? _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |
