you mean like plugins and photoshop-related stuff? Or do you mean a program that you could use instead of photoshop?
If the latter, download the GIMP (GNU image manipulation program), free open-source, windows linux mac. Having used it and paint shop pro, paint shop isn't really more powerful, so why spend any money? The GIMP uses many windows and can at first seem like a poor layout. It's GUI is a bit bulky in size. However, all shortcuts are changeable and you can have it using all photoshop keyboard shortcuts in no time. _________________ brush your hair and comb your teeth |

If you like the PS look / feel you could also try PS's little brother "Elements" does most of the big items PS does.
..or if you are a student or teacher you can buy PS at a deep discount.
