No, i didnt think you were being rude lol, but from what youve said, a render isnt going to be suitable, becuase a render is basically something cut out of another imagem like you might find a picture of a fruit bowl, and then save it, and use the polygonal lasoo tool inside of photoshop to cut out the banana onto a transparent background, but if you would like to make it from scratch, i havent got a clue, i can get the shape right, but the colours etc is too hard for me, sorry

Look for tutorials on using the pen tool in Photoshop. Learning curve is a little steep, but it's the best way to achieve smooth lines on the fruit.

Sorry. Only made a low res fruit.
Check out any tutorials by Bert Monroy (do a Google search, he has many written and a few movie tutorials on the web) for photorealistic painting in Photoshop. The guy is amazing at creating somethin' outa nuthin' in Photoshop.
