Tried to do an download update. When I try to instal it says to close Adobe bridge cs5 (bridge exe.). I tis closed and I can't get past it. Suggestions?

you could try checking windows task managers process list, as sometimes applications closed by the user still remain active yet hidden.
Ctrl + Alt + Del and look in the process tab, click on the 'image name' tab header to organize them by name for quick analysis. |
