My problem is this. I need to automate a large batch of thousands of files. The files must all be:
THE SMALLEST POSSIBLE FILE SIZE IN MEGABYTES AT NOT MORE THAN 130MM IN LARGEST DIMENSION.

Any files that start larger than 130mm must be sized down to 130mm on largest dimension. Any files that start less than 130mm do not need to be modified in any way. None of the files will be sized up.

Anyone have any clue how to write an action or apple script that can detect image dimensions and resize the image based on that info? Or at least sort the files based on image dimensions?

Thanks
