So I'm getting this error message:
"Sorry, I could not process the following files:"

but the dialogue box is too long to close. I can't see the "ok", or "close" button at the bottom which would normally allow you to close a dialogue box. I cannot access Photoshop at all - everything is greyed out. I can move the box side to side, up and down but cannot get to the bottom of it.

Does anyone know what to do?? I've tried resizing my screen resolution but it didn't work. If I have to force quit I'm going to lose all my edits (which has happened before due to this issue)!

I'm working on a 27' iMac.

Thanks,
Steph

Pressing the escape key to close a dialog box works most of the time but you'll lose your adjustments. Pressing the tab key advances to the next option until you get to the ok button, then press the enter key. Since you can't see the ok button I suggest you count the number of tab key presses to get to it on another computer which has Ps installed off course.
You can also ask here if someone can count them for you if you tell us which dialog box it is.
Hope this helps.
