For no good reason that I can see, I am suddenly unable to access my CS4 that has worked perfectly for 2+ years!
When trying to access CS4 via Bridge the set up box appears to ask for the activation code. Even though the code is accepted with a nice green tick, CS4 does not open.
I have tried to install and also to uninstall but I am told that I cannot do so whilst Bridge is open, even though it is not actually open.
I do not have a repair option, am unable to instal or uninstal and am therefore in limbo. Any suggestions? |
