CS4 - How do I set what print paper media I want to use?

I want to print some colour copies from Photoshop CS4 on my Epson Photo 360 colour printer but want to stipulate the Epson premium glossy paper before printing so that I can get the best result. I used to be able to enter this info into CS3 (print/ page set up/ media type) but can't find this in CS4. Can anyone help please?
