Cs vs CS2 - when saving a jpeg out of photoshop...??

When I save a jpeg out of CS and then create PDF from the jpeg it works as expected, but when I do hte same action out of CS2 my PDF is the size of a thumbnail. Mad

Does anyone know why??? How do I correct this??
