I tried adding some older plug ins,and now when I try to start up cs2 a error comes up and tells me failed to start because MSVCRT10.dll was not found,Re-installing may fix this. I mean WTH is going on Mad how could trying to load older Plugins cause this, and how do I fix. Thanks I just looked in then cs2 file and that file is in place.

First thought, try removing the plug-ins you put in, second is maybe one of the plug-ins has over written the dll file somehow, so although the file is there it's corrup in some way. Try copy and paste that dll if you know anybody else with CS. Otherwise it's looking like a reinstall. Wayne

I looked in my program files/cs2,I noticed that my file says MSVCRT.dll with no 10 in it. I did remove all of the plug-ins and rebooted and it didn't work

In your original post you mentioned MSVCRT10.dll which is what I looked for, did you check to make sure there are not two files with similar names?, try using the search option and seeing if there are any more files with the same name.
Personaly I would be tempted to try dragging the suspect one to desktop and dropping in another (if you have one) and see if that makes any difference (don't delete the original one just in case) if it doesn't work put the original one back.
You could try searching google for the file, sometimes .dll files can be found, but I don't know if they have to be a PS one or not. Wayne
