Hi Everybody-
I have a photo that I would like to crop and bring the subject in the center of the photo closer (zoom in if you will), but do not know how to do that in Photoshop. Could someone give me some suggestions?
P.S.- I am using Photoshop CS. Thanks for taking the time to read and help out.
Sincerely- Doug |

If I am understanding you correctly, you would need to make a selection around the subject using one of the many different methods of selection. Hard for anyone to say what the best method would be without seeing the image. It's a preference sort of thing to a point. Then copy the subject onto a new layer. I suppose, if it were me, I would most likely scale down the background layer rather than upscaling the subject to avoid pixelating, etc.
Someone else may have better ways and ideas. |
