In short, were can I find instructions to completely uninstall CS5 and lightRoom3 and all preferences, settings, EVERYTHING! (Mac OS X)

I have been using CS5 with Lightroom since it came out. Suddenly today "Open in Photoshop" option opens photoshop but no image.
I can "Open in PS as Smart Object".
Sadly, when I save the image, photoshop throws an error:
Line: 1
-> photoshop.notifyLightroomDocSaved ('lightroom-2.0', '1D3E789A-8AA7-4527-A876-3900B17FB3F0', 'RAID01_FAST_P2:MyPictures:Vacations_etc...___:2005-11-11_Italy:2005-11-15_Day4:italy_6292_mod-Edit.psd');

When I close the image (not photoshop), another error is thrown and Photoshop crashes and Lightroom hangs and must be hard killed.
Line: 1
-> photoshop.notifyLightroomDocSaved ('lightroom-2.0', '1D3E789A-8AA7-4527-A876-3900B17FB3F0', 'RAID01_FAST_P2:print_ACEPhotho:SrMarksSq.jpg');

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both but same issue remains.
I "thought" I got all the preference files, but may have missed something.
Are there instructions for removing EVERYTHING?
Adobe's website is the most frustrating pile of FAIL, every time I clock on something it takes me to the wrong place, reports nonsense information or is just plain inaccurate! Evil
I'm hoping the people here can be of more help than Adobe!

Im nearing the point of re-installing my entire OS, but that will take three to four days to fully reinstall my applications, settings, data and so on!

Thanks!!
