I have a series of different images that I rendered out. They're of a short animation so each image is slightly different. What I want to do is combine them onto one image so they sit next to each other. Each image is 174 pixels wide and needs the following image to sit next to it exactly so for example the first image will start a 0 and the right edge will be 174. I then want the next image's left edge to start at 175 and finish at 348 and so on.
So all these images render out seperatly and at the moment I have to create a long canvas and paste each one in and move it into positiion. As you can imagine this is a real pain and can be inaccurate.
So after my long winded explanation can anyone tell me how I can autmate this process or does anyone have a script. If it helps each image is numbered so code could look at these numbers and place them in the right order.

Any help

I've just tried the contact sheet 2 and that works but it seems to compress the image slightly for no reason at all and I need each image to be pin sharp with no pixel blending.
