Do a google search for snowing (or snow) tutorials. I'm sure that you'll find something that will walk you through how to create a snowy effect. _________________ All gave some, some gave all.....Lest we forget that war produces veterans, wounded both mentally and physically, and it is our job to help them now, as they have already helped us all in ways we will never know, and in ways that we take for granted every day. |

Does the snow have to be anamatded? If not, then there is this way.
Do all of the steps EXECPT STEP #11 cause step 11 makes the rain in this link (motion blur). This works - trust me!
