Hey All,
I recently opened my Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 to organize some pictures, when I opened it up and clicked "organize" I got an error saying "The default catalog could not be found. Please open or create a different catalog." Why am I getting this error and how can I fix it, I cannot access any of my pictures that were organized here? I did recently download Adobe Photoshop CS6 im not sure if that has anything to do with it and I am running windows 8.1.
