I am using LR 4.3 & CS6 13.0.1
When editing in Lightroom I have two options to open Photoshop to make further adjustments using options such as the "Content Aware Fill" tool.
Lightroom gives me:
1) "Edit in Photoshop CS6"
or
2) "Open as Smart Object in Photoshop"
If I choose the 1st option "Edit in Photoshop CS6" there is no problem once Photoshop is open I click on the Edit drop down menu, choose Fill and then Content Aware.
However should I choose the "Open as Smart Object" alternative to open Photoshop the "Fill" option in the Edit drop down menu is no longer active.
Why is this?
Why is"Content Aware not available when my file is opened as a"Smart Object in Photoshop?
Are there any other limitations on the tools in Photoshop when "Open as Smart Object" is chosen?
I would be interested to know.
