Hello Alz and welcome.
It's fairly basic, so there may not be a lot to comment on. A couple of things that jump out to me:
The middle background, between the borders, took a second to load.
The text in the middle is Times, which is generally seen as rather stale. It has it's use, but on a site like this, another font may be a better choice.
With the menu, since the piece of paper itself is tilted, I would expect the words themselves to tilt with it, as well. Maybe this is just me, but it may be worth looking at.
