Cloud Filter in Photoshop CS6 not working properly

OS: Windows 7 Professional

Can anyone diagnose this problem for me.

with the background and foreground colors set to white and black, I click filter>render>cloudfs, the attached image is what I get.

It's as if there are repartitions of the pattern at the top and the left side

That is weird. You might want to send it as a bug report off to adobe.
