Hi all,

I am trying to use the Clone Stamp Tool. I have used it before with no issues. When i select the area I want to clone and then try to stamp it it comes out in black and i can't change it. Why doesn't the clone come out like it should? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,
Sheldon

Just a suggestion, check your image Mode is it set for gray scale or b&W

Thanks for your reply.

I checked the mode and it is correct. I'm pretty sure it's something right under my nose. It worked yesterday. I just can't figure it out.

any other ideas?

Thanks,
Sheldon

Thank you it was the Mode on the toolbar. It was set to Multiply. I have no idea why.
