anyone seen the charles schwab commericals, where its usually someone talking about something im not really listening too. its like ask chuck or somthing at the end.
im lookin at the people. they have a sort of detailed cartoony effect to them. almost like a median blur only on certain parts of them.
anyone know what im talking about? or how to do it?
im talking about a sort of method for doing multiple pictures at once. not just one picture or somthing.
like how they did it for video. i know for sure they didn't take it from for frame editing it each time
heres an example
after some digging, i found out theres like a movie with this called like scanner darkly or somthing, does that help at all.
like the effect, animation over live action it looks like.
