I am quite frustrated at the moment. I have misplaced my Photoshop book and I have a project in which I need a tool and I can't remember what it is. It is a particular type of brush, I belive, that grabs the colors from the surrounding pixels to blend color. Does this brush indeed exist, and if so, where can I go about finding said brush? |

do you mean like the clone tool?
When using the clone tool you first select the area you want to copy or clone Alt-click then you go to the area where that clone will be and start painting _________________ _____________________

You're probably looking for the heal tool. Looks like a band-aid. It will take the pattern of a sample area and apply it to a target area, but try to keep the coloring from the target area. _________________ Best Regards,
