Hi demortez,
I saw this post and noticed that no one had posted a response here .... so, thought I'd take a crack at this.
I created one just as you asked .... and one with a slight drop shadow and glow around it .... take your pick
hope this is what you wanted!
left them up for a month ... hope you got what you wanted.
