this is gonna be a gift to my jiu jitsu instructor. How do I blow it up to 20x30 & put the academy logo in the corner.

Also...obviously it's an old original photo with some blemishes. How do i clean up some of the minor blemishes

Hi spiderguard, welcome to the forums.

There's no way you can upsample an image to that extend without it getting pixelated. If you have the original photo though, you can scan it in the highest possible resolution.

To remove the blemishes, just use the (spot) healing brush.
