I recently deleted some Photos that i shouldn't have!!!! DOH
While most r not worx of art they r Of Xmas day & sons first missin g tooth etc...
they r totally gone retrivail soft ware has failed due to the fact the the hard drive is full
any way
The images r still coming up in the element oganiser . I'm hoping there is a way to print these however small so i can scan them blah blah blah ...
so does any one know if or how this can be achieved?
I've had a little poke round in the programe files but not really sure what to look for!
It must have the info there some where if the thumbs come up.

You could use printscreen on your PC to screen capture the thumbnails which could then be printed out, or search for screenhunter (free screen capture software, I use it in preference to the built in one)
I'm puzzled though, images that show up in thumbnails usually still exist somewhere, are you sure they are not still there someplace?
Get the name/number off one and try start>search and type in the name exactly as it is on the thumbnail and see if it can find it. Wayne

Not really an answer to your question specifically, but as far as getting your photos back... depending on how important the photos are (and they sound important), you could try some recovery software. I've had luck before. But, don't delete anything or add any new files to your computer. If you can run the recovery software from another hard drive, that'd be best. The reason not to add new files, add the recovery software to the same hard drive, etc. is that the file may very well be recoverable, but when you add new files to your PC, it overwrites those files on your hard drive, making them unrecoverable. That's what I've been told, anyway. Big Grin But if you don't have two hard drives, you can try to risk it, I suppose. You never know.
