Do you have photoshop? If so you can do it yourself easily. Get a picture of yourself, then go on google image search and get a picture of fire that you like. Now open both pictures in photoshop. Select all on the fire pic and copy it then paste it into the pic of yourself. The fire will probably be too big or too small so all you have to do is do a transform on the fire while its still selected and make it the size you want. The fire must be on the top layer in your layers. Now all you have to do is turn down the opacity on the fire layer and you will look like you are on fire. That is a pretty cheesy and simple way to do it. You could make it look real if you took more time and got a little more complex.
