Well I couldn't get the exact effect but.. it think its something along these lines. I would think that the lighting had something to do, but anyway..
The android look comes from over bluring the skin and the tone comes from overlay mode...at the end I applied a gold/Orangie filter...
Just to give ideas...

Can you tell me more specificly how you applyed gold/orange filter?
Im looking into something silver look....i tryed overlay and it did make a difference i like it....tell me a little more about the filter.
