stupid question, theres this stupid dotted line box around my stuff and in the corner theres this 01 and a box with little triangles inside it. its not a big deal, except its in the way of my pics and borders. i just want to get rid of it. any help?

Look at the image i added. If your problem is similar to the part of the image you see at the bottom, this is how you get rid of it:
go to View/Show and click on slices. (now the little sign before it should have disappeared) and those lines should have gone on your image.
