What is the best way to make your bokeh look cooler inside photoshop?

Are we talking cooler as in 'more cool' or as in cooler colours?

There's some stuff you can do on colour correction, which would work for both, vignetting would spice up the image as wel, and strengthen the focus effect bokeh has.

Other than that there's little to do, as quick and simple effects like bokeh do have their drawbacks as delivering similar results all the way.
