I have been blending two images in CS4 (usually to put a new sky into landscapes), then using a mask and black brush to clearly reveal the non-sky part of the image. Basic stuff and this has worked fine until suddenly the brush has no effect anymore. I haven't knowingly made any changes but feel I must thrown a switch somewhere. Suggestions would be much appreciated. This is bugging me to death! |

Screenshot? (may or may not help)
Mask mode? Reset Preferences if all else fails. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

Mask mode? Bingo! I find that if the mode in the options bar and the mode in the layers panel don't agree sometimes it disables the brush but if the two agree the brush always works properly. Thanks for your help. Made my day. |
