Hello all, just wondering what Operating system people think is the best
and which operating system they use
I run a Gentoo Linux/Windows XP Dual Boot system
and a Gentoo Linux Server
and im just installing Gentoox on my xbox now, so i can use that as another web server

Ive used all 3 for over a year each, and i think Linux wins it by a mile!

I'm a windows monkey. I think Win 2K and XP are very stable.

I haven't had the opportunity to use Linux, but I prefer the Windows OS to the Mac OS. We have both in our household. Mac hardware seems a bit more stable and easy to set up, but I'm used to working in a Windows environment and it just feels much more...solid, I suppose. I love the look of OSX, but it doesn't feel...I don't know, real. I'm not sure how to describe it.

Particularly on low-end macs, I would rather sacrifice the beauty of OSX for faster performance.
