Whenever I try to resize a batch of photos using the "process multiple files" command, my computer freezes to the point of having to force a shutdown with the power button. Batch is only 4 photos.
TIA for any help. |

Well theres a few possibilitys here, one is does your PC have enough ram? check the minimum specs for elements 3 and see if your PC is ok, the other possibility is a problem with elements, I know CS2 is having freeze problems but hadn't heard of them with elements, another maybe is something else running using up resourses? Norton or something? if you have a lot of stuff running try turning some things off and then run elements. Wayne |

Gig of ram, but will try disabling Norton. Task manager shows nothing alarming other than "not responding" when clicking on PSE3.
Thanks for your help.

Thats starting to sound like a problem with PS, there is a rumour that some video cards can conflict with it, check with Adobes site and see if they have any updates or suggestions. Wayne |
