Hi,
New on here.
Not a PS newbie, but cannot seem to get this right..
Im looking for this Eagle traced, so i can get it tattooed between my shoulders,
Feel free to be creative with it, the best ones going on my body forever lol
I cant seem to get it straight and stuf :s

Here's me giving it a shot, if I understood what you wanted.
The blurred tips near the top represent the fading colour that's present in the real tattoo. I also slightly adjusted the right wing to make up for it coming over his shoulder.

I didn't get to creative with it. A few changes. Anyway, here is my contribution.
Also, a piece of advice, if I may. If your tat artist could not replicate a tat from the image you provided, I would look for a different artist. Most reputable artists would have no problem copying that. Yeah, they'd like to have larger images to work with. But if a larger image isnt available, they should be able to use one that small. I have a good friend in Cinci that can (and has) worked from images as small as a postage stamp. If he's the only one around you that you can afford, save for bit longer and get a better artist. It's gonna be with you for life. Don't be cheap and don't use the first artist you find. Just 2 cents from someone who has seen how difficult it is to "fix" a wannabe tat artist's work. Use it or lose it.
