Is it possible to change the order that codec entries are listed on the Export/Render Video menu?

When I record the action I want to use for my files (I'm trying to convert a sequence of png's into a sequence of single frame uncompressed avi's - dont ask why!), I set the File Options to QuickTime Export : AVI > Compression Settings: none > Depth: thousands of colours. The file I use to record the Action with always produces the desired output, but when I run the batch process with the Action I've created, it always reverts to exporting the files as Cinepak at its standard settings (Cinepak appears top of the list of codecs when choosing Compression Settings).

Can I change the order so that None(uncompressed) appears top of the codec list in the AVI Settings sub-menu?

Any suggestions and/or assistance would be greatly appreciated as I'm tearing my hair out just now even trying to find a mention of this issue online!

Thanks.
