Is there anyway in photoshop to adjust exposure /contrast/ brightness etc.... equally for 2 or more photos ???? if its there then how to do it??

Plz help me by giving a small tutorial

You could record and action which you give you the same adjustments for each photo.
However if each photo need different adjustments, there isn't any way that I know of, other than auto adjustments: auto-levels, auto-contrast, auto-color.
