Hi There-

I am trying to add a bar at the bottom of a background and can't seem to figure out how to do so. I am not sure if I can use the rectanguler Marquee Tool or if there is a better way to do it. What I would like to do is create the size of the bar at the bottom of the page and then add a silver texture photo to it and then add some bluring to it for a nice effect across the bottom of the page.
Please feel free to reply if you need more info on what I am trying to do. Thanks for looking and any help you can provide.

Sincerely - Doug
