For this to get close to working you will have to supply higher resolution images... _________________ Lee |

I cruised Google for a large format image to fit the size or above of your image of a suitable tattoo. I then made a selection of your arm and save selection, it can be rough, you can mask out later.
made a selection of the tattoo/arm and pasted them in to your image as a layer, changed to 60% opacity and use transform and warp functions to match your upper arm to the elbow, change blend mode to multiply. I used the same method for the forearm up to the elbow.
Because the bend of the arm in the source image was irreconcilable with yours I added the fish from a selection and masked in with a bit of transform and then cloned in the waves.
On all the tattoo layers I double clicked the thumbnails and used blend-if to bring back some of the skin under the tattoo.
Tidied up masks and done.

PSD uploaded for you if you want a look, it's nothing fancy. I also saved an earlier iteration not the final PSD, but you should get the idea. _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

Sorry for the delay and thanks a lot for the answer
but what if lets say the shoulder was in a different angle sorta like when you take a front-face picture, usually you see a bit of shoulder. But in that case with the tattoo or any tattoo how will I be able to adjust it to fit the shoulder, ?and logically that would cut most of tha tattooo off) |
